Currently, two operators provide fixed-line services in
Singapore:
SingTel
In April 2000, a new operator entered the market, but has yet to provide
fixed line service in Singapore.
StarHub
SCV (Singapore Cable
Vision) Singapore Cable Vision
(SCV)
has become the third operator to be awarded a public telecommunications
licence, after SingTel and StarHub. With this, SCV is obliged to offer
domestic, international and payphone services.
