INGREDIENTS

(enough for 5 persons)

2 sections of Horse Mackerel

1 head of brocolli

1 clove of garlic

soya sauce (light)

corn flour

pinch of salt

dash of pepper

cooking oil

 

 

 


Steamed Brocolli with Horse Mackerel 1

 

Get two sections of Horse Mackerel.

Cut a head of brocolli into smaller pieces and stand in water.

Add light soya sauce, salt, pepper and corn flour to the Horse Mackerel.

Marinate the Horse Mackerel with the mixture.

Section a carrot and cut into smaller sections, as shown in picture.

Put the Horse Mackerel in a shallow dish.

Place the brocolli on top of the Horse Mackerel.

Place the carrot slices on top of the brocolli. Add some oil on top of the arrangement.
