INGREDIENTS

(Enough for 5 persons)

minced pork - put enough to fill a shallow dish

3 eggs

salt

soya sauce

 


Steamed Minced Pork With Egg

 

Get some minced pork, without fat.

Add two or three eggs.

Mix them thoroughly and then add soya sauce, and salt.

Pour mixture into a shallow steel dish.

Prepare a pot filled with 2 inches of water.

Place a metal rack on the bottom to support the dish.

Put the dish into the pot and cover.

Steam for about 10 minutes.

That's it.

Steamed minced pork with egg.

Remember, if you use a pot without an added layer of metal on the base, the cooking may take as long as half an hour.
