INGREDIENTS

(enough for 5 persons)

Half a head of Malaysian cabbage (don't use Indonesian cabbage, it's not as tasty)

Two fried fish cakes

Two cooked fish cakes

Handful of Tang Hoon

Two & a half cups of freshly-boiled water

Two shallots

Two cloves of garlic

Salt

 

 


Stir-fried Cabbage with Fish Cake

 

Get half a head of cabbage.

Cut it into half, then slice the two parts into smaller sections as shown in the picture.

Next, cut the cabbage into thin strips as shown in the picture.

Scrap the skin of half a carrot. Then cut it into half lengthwise. Then slice each half into smaller sections.

 

Wash the cabbage and cut carrot in a bowl under a running tap.

Leave the cabbage and cut carrot in a sieve to drain away the water.

Next, get two fried fish cakes and two cooked fish cakes.

Slice the cooked fish cakes into smaller sections.
