Stir-fried Cabbage with
Fish Cake

Now, cut the fried fish cake into small
wedges.
(Fried fish cake
is readily available at the wet market) |

Next, soak a handful of Tang Hoon
(vermicelli) in water for half an hour. |
|

Into a heated wok, pour some cooking oil.
Add chopped garlic and shallots
and fry till flavour comes out.

Add the cabbage and cut carrot. Stir-fry.
Next, add Tang Hoon and fish
cakes and salt.
Add two cups of freshly-boiled
water.
Cover the wok for a few minutes. |

Remove the wok and add water.
Cover the wok again for a minute.
Remove the wok and dish out the
cabbage.
That's it.
