In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Enlistment Act, the proper authority hereby requires all male persons who are citizens of Singapore or permanent residents thereof, and whose dates of birth fall within the period 15th December 1985 to 16th March 1986 to present themselves for registration in person at the Central Manpower Base, CMPB-Podium, 3 Depot Road, Singapore 109680, between the hours of 8.00 am and 2.30 pm. They are to do so according to the dates set down in the second column of the Schedule.
