once again accounting for almost half of visitor expenditure.
Fashion and accessories accounted for the biggest share at 32% of

experiences at the Singapore Fashion Festival, with highlights

glamour to the festival.

walks the red carpet this year.
Top China Models
From Armani to Dior, Fendi to
Ferragamo, major fashion labels are looking to the East for models
to take rein of their catwalks. Making waves on the international
fashion circuit with increasing frequency, Asian beauty is no
longer taking a back-seat. To celebrate the emergence of the Asian
supermodel, the festival welcomes the next wave of China’s
fastest-rising stars, including Lili Shen, straight off the
runways of the Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani Autumn/Winter
08/09 shows; Kiki, handpicked by Karl Lagerfeld himself for
Fendi’s Great Wall of China Autumn 2007 show; and Zhang Xu Chao,
touted by China press as the next Du Juan.
