arts@tekka: Little India Arts Belt Street Festival

Come stroll into the streets of Little India and indulge in the offerings by the 6 arts groups residing in the arts belt district at Kerbau Road.

This arts event brings together a diverse team of cross-cultural artists into a single creative project for the community and the many visitors to Tekka.

From storytelling to cultural dances, from mask painting to angklung (a Malay musical instrument) workshops, from photography to installation art, there’s something for everyone!

Trishaw rides also come accompanied with art works created by artists from the Plastique Kinetic Worms.

Together with Dramaplus Arts, W!ld Rice, Bhaskar's Arts Academy, Sri Warisan Som Said Performing Arts, spell#7 and other performing groups, Arts @ Tekka is an excellent showcase of Singapore talents and culture.
