Over the last four years, I Theatre has been heading up the Asian Children's Festival Drama Fiesta, growing from a single small-scale performance towards a full scale festival.
Last year it attracted over 8,000 audience members, with well received shows including The
Gruffalo, and Sincerely Ann Frank.
This year’s programme line up is just as exciting, with two well tried and tested
favourites, and a wonderful production from Malaysia. I Theatre is working with Acts Of Life and ExplorerKid to bring you a range of exciting workshops linked to
its productions.
I Theatre is committed to presenting locally produced family and children’s theatre productions of an international standard.
Its recent trip to the world’s biggest Arts Festival in Edinburgh with Dancing with Dragons (seen at last year’s
ACDF) proved that its standards are really up there, with a handful of excellent reviews to prove it!
All the productions are located at the AGF Theatre, Alliance Française, 1 Sarkies Road; a two-minute walk from
Newton MRT station, buses 66, 67, 170 & 171.
