secrets while we wax lyrical about love this Valentine’s Day. |

Featuring original and classic poems performed
passionately and comically by Word Forward Ensemble, the Love & Eros Slam will
share with you some of the greatest love poems of all time from William
Shakespeare, Pablo Neruda, Andrew Marvell, Elizabeth Barret Browning, Ann
Finch, Theodore Rothkhe, Emily Dickenson, W.B.Yeats and others. |

It will be an interactive affair where members of
the audience can participate by creating and improvising poems during the Love
& Eros Poetry Slam. |
|
So don’t hold back those emotions, the Poetry Slam
winner will stand to win a romantic weekend stay at the Singapore Marriott
Hotel. The bold and daring can also whisper sweet nothings and present their
love dedications on stage at the Open Mic session. |

Guest vocalist Suparna will enhance the ambience
singing original love songs by Clarrisa Chong with singer-songwriter Kerri
Than’s sexy jazz-blues repertoire in the early night. Resident band 9Lives
will be raving up the mood for romance with their signature love ballads from
10.30pm. |

Complete the sensual night with the love potion of
choice, Piper-Heidsieck champagne will be available at $25 a pair from 11 – 14
February 2005. |
