ONE°15 MARINA CLUB RAISES MEMBERSHIP PRICE FROM
S$23,888 TO S$26,888 |

COMPLETES MARINA PONTOONS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, GIVES
AWAY LUXURIOUS SPORTS CRUISER AND JETSKIS |

ONE°15 Marina Club has announced that -
following the completion of the club's 1st phase of membership drive -
it will increase the club membership price by S$3,000 from S$23,888 to
S$26,888 effective from 14th November 2005. |
|
The price increase, which will bring to a
close the club's early bird membership offer, was announced to assembled
members at a members' party at the marina on 5 Nov 2005. The price
increase, which was originally scheduled to take effect from 5th
November, has been extended by SUTL by a further week to cater to
over-whelming early bird interest and sales inquiries from the public. |

The announcement comes upon the completion
of the marina pontoons and the opening of the marina for members' yachts
berthing a full two years ahead of schedule. |
|
Under the lease agreement with Sentosa Cove
Pte Ltd., 100 berths were scheduled to be on line by Septmber 2007,
including 10 berths to accommodate mega-yachts. As of 5th Novermber, the
marina has already delivered 130 completed berths, 30 more than the
number of berths required under the terms of the lease. |

In the past couple of months the marina has
also already been receiving visits from boats from around the world,
including mega yachts. The ONE°15 marina is the only marina in Asia that
is purpose-built to berth up to 10 mega yacht class boats at any given
time. |
|
In January 2006, the marina is expected to
be visited by the Clipper 05-06 flotilla, including the Singapore racing
yacht "Uniquely Singapore". |
|
With the marina pontoon system finished and
open for business, SUTL has also appointed Kim Seng Heng Engineering (Pte)
Ltd as the contractor for the construction of the ONE°15 Marina club
house, following the recent completion of foundation piling. |

During the members' party a Grady White 225
Tournament luxurious sports cruiser worth S$128,000 (from local boat
dealer Marina Bahari Raya) was given away to one lucky club member, in
addition to two jet skis, each worth S$10,000 which were given as
runners-up prizes. |
|
ONE°15 has already set the standard for
regular exciting special events. It organised a sunset cruise to watch
the National Day firework display in August and last month the marina
club was a main sponsor of the UIM F1 Powerboat Championships Grand Prix
of Singapore, with club members enjoying the race spectacle up close and
personal from aboard the club chairman's luxurious 80-ft yacht. The club
has also staged exciting owner meets for the Club Porsche and BMW
Motorcycles Club. |

Marina Club, Arthur Tay said, "Public interest in ONE°15 Marina Club has
been very encouraging and to meet that demand we have extended our early
bird period until 14th November. The realisation is rapidly growing that
ONE°15 will form the center for Sentosa Cove's leisure and social milieu
and a high proportion of those snapping up waterfront properties at the
development are investigating club memberships, giving us the makings of
a real community in the truest sense of the word. Therefore, since we
will be a very exclusive club with only 4,000 members, our membership
price must rise in a week's time, in step with the growing interest and
demand." |

Mr. Tay also expressed satisfaction at the
completion of the marina pontoons ahead of schedule and the initial
piling works phase of construction for the club house. He pledged to
club members that the club house would be completed on schedule. |
